2020 was a major turning point. We were all under greater stress, and we all had to adapt as our world was turned upside down.

I'm not sure when exactly I noticed that I felt so different. Maybe it was when I turned 40, or maybe it was that day when my favorite jeans didn't fit right, or maybe it was when the people closest to me noticed that I was simply angry a lot more often.

I had been running a wellness business for a number of years, and I tried all my usual solutions. I saw temporary improvements, but it never lasted. The issues kept resurfacing.

Then, I started digging into some new research. I began to really understand the complex relationships between what, how and when I was eating, my hormones, and my weight. I read more and more about the aging process, and how to slow (or even reverse) it.

And in all that science, I found hope.
